CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: I completely understand that life happens! Unexpected situations, illnesses, and emergencies can come up, and I truly empathize with that. However, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to accommodate, as the time reserved specifically for you often cannot be filled on short notice. This results in lost income and missed opportunities for other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment. To ensure fairness to all clients and keep my schedule running smoothly, the following cancellation policy applies: Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. No-shows: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged, and clients will no longer be permitted to book future appointments online. Please note: While I understand that sudden illness and unexpected circumstances are sometimes unavoidable, cancellation fees will still apply. These policies are not meant to be a punishment, but rather to protect the time reserved specifically for you. Thank you so much for your understanding, for respecting my policies, and for supporting my small business. I truly appreciate each and every one of you! 🤍
